I stopped by Sugar Factory in Boston mostly out of curiosity, and the place definitely feels like a candy paradise. The whole restaurant is colorful, loud, and full of energy — it’s the kind of spot where people come to celebrate, take photos, and enjoy giant desserts. The first thing that caught my attention was their famous candy goblet drinks. They’re huge, super sweet, and honestly more about the experience than just the taste. I also tried one of their big sundaes, and it was massive — easily enough for several people to share. The regular food like burgers and pasta was okay, nothing too special, but the desserts are really the star here. Service was friendly, though the place can get pretty busy. Overall, I’d say Sugar Factory is a fun place if you’re in the mood for something playful and over-the-top. It’s not somewhere I’d go for a quiet dinner, but for sweets, photos, and a lively vibe, it’s a memorable stop.

Such a fun experience at the Boston Sugar Factory on Valentine's Day! Brought our nearest and dearest loved ones in our large party. We were seated promptly and taken care of right away. Our waiter, Estaban, was attentive to the kids' request of starting with dessert first but smoothly navigated around the parents' wishes of eating a meal first followed by dessert. And oh boy, was it worth the wait. The 4 kids at our table had their dreams come true while enjoying the towering desserts while the grownups had a moment of peace to connect and relish time together. Kudos to the Sugar Factory for a very fun and meaningful family meal.

Absolutely every single thing was so yummy. A little loud but worth it. My drink was SOOO big and strong! Dinner was Devine. The drinks were superb. The appetizers were amazing. All around amazing.

We went for my daughter’s 14th birthday and were blown away. Everyone was so nice and she felt so special. The drinks, food and desserts were all amazing and huge portions. Everything was very reasonably priced. A great place for a special night out!!

Even though I arrived close to closing time, I truly enjoyed my burger, fries, and mocktail. The service was excellent! unlike other places where service declines near closing. Everything was fantastic, and I’d especially like to recognize David for his outstanding service.

We had such a great time at Sugar Factory! The energy inside is unbeatable and it’s the perfect spot for birthdays, celebrations, or just a fun night out. Their over the top drinks with the smoking dry ice effects are such a showstopper, and the Halloween menu was so creative and festive. Everything from the food to the desserts was delicious and super photogenic. The staff was friendly, the vibe was lively, and it honestly made for such a fun experience. Location is also perfect there’s so much to do near Faneuil hall Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time enjoying their seasonal winter menu!! I love that they have versions of their cocktails we could have non-alcoholic! Get their Christmas punch!! So refreshing!! I loved the wings and the colossal hot chocolate and the fried Mac and cheese covered in hot Cheetos! All so delicious!!! Also our server Marly was super friendly and sweet!!
